If the seller cannot supply an item, the Fansbuy buyer normally leaves a message on the order. Check that message and the order status before trying to place the same purchase again.
Check the cancellation and balance record
The official FAQ says a cancelled out-of-stock order is refunded to the Fansbuy balance. An account-balance credit is different from money being sent back to the original payment method. If you need to withdraw the balance, use the account-refund process.
Buying a replacement
Check the replacement seller, available variant and price, then submit a new order. Do not assume the original buyer message has automatically switched the product for you.
