About this site & contact
fansbuy.org is an independent guide and help hub for the Fansbuy shopping agent and the Fansbuy Spreadsheet. We organise public information so shoppers can learn how Fansbuy works, then link out to the spreadsheet on w2cspreadsheet.com to shop.
What we do
We are not the official Fansbuy website. We publish plain-English explainers, a step-by-step buying guide, and an organised version of Fansbuy's help documentation — and we point shoppers to the Fansbuy Spreadsheet to discover products. We host no products and process no orders ourselves.
How this guide is maintained
We organise the official tutorial, help documentation and supplied media into practical buying steps. Updated summaries link to the relevant official source, and historical promotions are marked as archived. Warehouse photos and account records for your own order remain the evidence for that order.
Our guide explains product discovery, two-stage payments, inspection limits, storage and shipping choices. It does not process your Fansbuy balance, purchase request or insurance claim. Use official account support for those actions.
