How to use Fansbuy & the Fansbuy Spreadsheet

Paste a product link

Paste a link shared by a promoter or a product URL from Taobao, 1688 or Weidian into the Fansbuy search bar. Click Search to open the item.

Search by product name

Enter the product name in the Fansbuy search bar. Choose an item from the recommended Taobao, Tmall and 1688 results.

Choose the product options

On the product page, select colour, size and quantity. Click Add to Cart to keep shopping, or Buy Now to proceed.

Use Fill & Buy / DIY Order

You can skip the search in Step 1 and use Fill & Buy directly. Enter the product link and complete order details yourself, including the exact variant and quantity, then click Add to Cart.

Review and submit the order

Select the destination country and any value-added services you need. Check the selected products, quantities, product prices and China-domestic shipping before submitting the order.

Choose a payment method

Select one of the payment methods available in your account. To pay from your Fansbuy balance, select Use Balance. Complete this first payment for the products and shipping from the seller to the warehouse.

Add services from My Orders

While Fansbuy purchases your items, open My Orders > Add Value-Added Services to submit any additional requirements. Check the available service and its price before confirming.

Contact the order support team

For a special request, use the customer service entrance shown in the order interface. Explain the order number and the change or requirement clearly.

Inspection and storage

When the goods reach the warehouse, Fansbuy receives them, checks their appearance, weighs them and records item photos before storage. Processed items appear under Personal Centre > Packing Centre.

Review the actual product photos and any problem notification. You can submit the stored items for overseas shipping, or continue shopping and combine more purchases in one parcel.

Submit a parcel from Packing Centre

Select the stored products and click Submit Shipping. Enter the overseas recipient information, compare the recommended routes and review the international shipping deposit and declaration fee before paying.

Request the optional Rehearsal Package Service

For a quote based on measured packing information, request rehearsal packing. After its payment, Fansbuy packs the selected items and records the weight and dimensions. You can then choose your preferred route and pay the final shipping cost.

Continue through the shipping and declaration screens

If you continue with the normal shipping submission, review the recipient address and available logistics options, then check the customs declaration information. If you need help, select the option for the agent to submit the declaration and verify the details provided.

Choose packaging, insurance and payment

Select your packaging preferences and any optional insurance. Enter the insured value if applicable, apply an eligible coupon, review the total, and complete the shipping payment.

Set an optional pre-authorized payment limit

Open Personal Center > Custom Functions to set the small-amount authorization limit. If an additional fee is below that limit and the account balance is sufficient, Fansbuy can deduct it automatically. Set a limit you are comfortable with; this is optional.

Track shipping and receive the parcel

Fansbuy updates the parcel status using carrier logistics information. Click Track shipping to view the latest available tracking updates.

Once the parcel is signed for, check your account for the corresponding points. Points may be used for eligible coupons and membership progress under the current points rules.
