An account-balance refund is different from an item return or a shipping-deposit adjustment. Check the original payment, the remaining available balance and any pending order before submitting a request.
Where to request it
Sign in to Fansbuy and open Personal Center > Withdraw > Refund Records to make a request and follow its status. If that option is unavailable, contact official account support.
Check the payment channel
Refund availability, the receiving account, processing time and any fee depend on the original payment channel and the current withdrawal rules. The public account-refund page has a separate instruction for older PayPal top-ups; confirm the applicable process with support rather than creating a second payment.
Read withdrawal time and fees. Overpaid international shipping estimates are handled as shipping-deposit adjustments to the Fansbuy balance.
