(2) FansBuy will purchase the specified products from the website designated by the user. If the purchase cannot be completed as planned due to website stock shortages, price changes, shipping delays, product abnormalities, or other force majeure events, we will communicate with the user promptly. FansBuy is not liable for any losses suffered by the user as a result.

k. Certain pornographic items or services.

l. Ammunition, weapons, or certain weapon parts or accessories.

m. Controlled weapons or knives as defined by applicable law.

(3) Transactions involving the following:

a. Disclosing third-party personal information in violation of applicable law.

b. Supporting pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other get-rich-quick schemes, or certain multi-level marketing schemes.

c. Transactions related to purchasing annuities, lottery contracts, prepaid deposit systems, offshore banks, or financing or refinancing credit card debt.

d. Selling goods without the seller's control or possession.

e. Payment processing institutions collecting payments on behalf of merchants.

f. Transactions involving the sale of traveler's checks or money orders.

g. Currency exchange or check cashing services.

h. Certain credit services, repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions, or insurance activities.

i. Making or receiving payments related to bribery or corruption.

(4) Transactions involving the sale of products or services that government agencies deem potentially fraudulent.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide to you pursuant to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
