After you submit an order on FansBuy, our purchasing team takes over and places it with the seller for you. Order processing normally begins the same day and is completed within about 24 hours. During busy sales periods or holidays this can run a little longer, so always treat the in-app order status as the source of truth rather than a fixed clock.
What happens after you submit
- We place the order with the seller. Our staff purchase the exact item, size, color and variant you selected. If anything is unclear (for example a required note, a variant that is out of stock, or a price change), we will reach out through the buyer's message.
- The seller ships to the FansBuy warehouse. Once the order is placed you wait for the Chinese seller to dispatch the goods. Domestic delivery to our warehouse typically takes a few days after the seller ships, though the exact time depends entirely on the seller.
- We receive and process the parcel. When your item reaches the warehouse we check it in, record the weight, and prepare quality-control (QC) photos.
Why timing can vary
The processing step on our side is fast, but the overall wait depends on the seller, who is a third party we do not control. If a seller is slow to ship or misses their stated dispatch window, we will follow up and urge them on your behalf. For pre-order, made-to-order, or restock items the seller's own lead time is the main factor, and it can be considerably longer than an in-stock purchase.
When your weight and QC photos appear
After an item arrives, we generally update its weight first and then take and upload the QC pictures a little later the same working day. Once the QC photos are ready you can review them and decide whether to keep the item in your warehouse or move on to submitting a parcel for international shipping.
Practical tips
- Check your order status and the buyer's message regularly so you can respond quickly if we need a decision from you.
- If your order status has not moved as expected, contact FansBuy customer service and we will chase the seller for you.
- Buying in-stock items from reliable sellers is the fastest route; anything marked pre-order will take longer.
- Remember an order is not one single wait but a chain: purchase, seller dispatch, warehouse arrival, and QC. A delay in any link shifts the timeline.
For the most accurate, up-to-date timing on your specific order, always confirm the current status inside your FansBuy account or ask our customer service team.
