After your purchased items arrive and are checked into the FansBuy warehouse, you do not have to ship them out right away. FansBuy holds your goods for you so you can keep shopping, wait for a seasonal drop, or gather several orders together before paying for one combined international parcel. This page explains how long we store items, what happens when the storage window ends, and how to make the most of your free storage time.
How long can items be stored?
- Every purchased item comes with a free standard storage period of 90 days. The clock starts on the day the order status changes to "In warehouse" — not the day you place the order.
- If 90 days pass and you have neither submitted a package delivery (shipping) order nor paid to extend storage, the items are treated as abandoned.
- The absolute maximum storage period is 180 days. Beyond 180 days FansBuy no longer provides warehousing for those goods, and they are also deemed abandoned.
- FansBuy reserves the right to periodically dispose of abandoned items, so please act before your window closes.
Extending storage beyond the free period
Need more time? You can keep items past the free 90 days by paying an extended storage fee, up to the 180-day ceiling. The exact fee and how it is charged can change, so always confirm the current rate and any conditions inside your FansBuy account or on the official rules page before relying on it.
How to avoid losing your items
- Watch the "In warehouse" date. Track each order's status so you know when its 90-day countdown began.
- Consolidate before the deadline. If you are waiting to combine several parcels, submit the delivery order before the earliest item expires — combined shipping saves on international freight, but only if the goods are still in storage.
- Extend early. If you know you will need longer, arrange the extended storage before day 90 rather than after it lapses.
- Leave clear order remarks. If your plans change, note your intentions in the order so our warehouse team can respond in time.
Quick FAQ
Does storage cost anything at first? No — the first 90 days are free.
When exactly does the countdown start? From the moment the order is marked "In warehouse," not from purchase or payment.
Can I get abandoned items back? Once items pass the limits and are disposed of, they cannot be recovered, so it is best to ship or extend in good time.
