Returns are subject to approval
Keep the item resalable and contact Fansbuy while it remains within the applicable warehouse return window. If the seller rejects the return, Fansbuy may be unable to issue the requested product refund.
Electronic items need a separate decision
Standard warehouse inspection checks appearance and packaging. It does not include a functionality test. Ask about any available video or detailed inspection service before shipment if operation matters to your purchase.
