What standard inspection checks
Fansbuy checks the appearance of goods when they arrive at the warehouse, including visible damage, stains and the item details that can be verified. This is not authentication or a guarantee of performance.
The official inspection page excludes actual-size errors, colour differences and use effects from its scope. For electronic and digital products, the standard inspection covers appearance and does not include power-on testing or a completeness check of accessories.
Review the arrival photos in your account. Custom photographs or video recording can be requested as value-added services if you need more detail; check the current price before ordering.
If an inspection result is wrong or an item cannot be transported, contact Fansbuy promptly to discuss after-sales or a seller return.
