Return and Exchange Policy

Fansbuy aims to provide you with a worry-free online shopping experience. To ensure your convenience and safety while shopping on Fansbuy, we have established corresponding regulations and standards for each step, including product returns and exchanges. Users can apply for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product, according to the rules.

1. Items Eligible for Return/Exchange

Seller supports return service

Item is in resalable condition

Item has been in inventory for no more than 7 days

Return shipping costs are borne by the user (even if the original order included free shipping).

2. Responsibility and Cost Bearing

Customer: Unwanted/Wrong Purchase/Budget Issues: Customer bears return shipping cost of 12 RMB.

Seller: Wrong Item Sent, Product with Quality Issues: Seller bears costs (except in special circumstances).

Other: Domestic shipping damage, etc. To be handled through negotiation on a case-by-case basis.

Fansbuy provides postal services; no additional fees are charged except for transportation costs. Fansbuy reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of defective goods.

We will not accept your request for return/exchange if any of the following conditions occur:

a) The goods have been replaced, the original has been altered, or parts are missing.

b) Opened goods, such as software packages, CDS, DVDs, tapes, etc.

c) Goods without original proof of purchase.

Special Reminder: Please be cautious when shopping on websites like Taobao, as illegal business practices may exist. If this occurs, Fansbuy will be unable to arrange your product return/exchange request.
