Return or exchange before overseas shipping
The return policy requires that an eligible item has been in the Fansbuy warehouse for no more than 7 days. Do not read this as a guaranteed 7-day return window after delivery to your home.
The original seller must support returns and the item must remain resalable. Contact Fansbuy as soon as a QC photo or order detail suggests a problem.
For unwanted items, wrong purchases or budget changes, the published policy lists RMB 12 for return shipping. It assigns seller-error or quality-issue costs to the seller, except in special circumstances. Other situations are negotiated.
Return shipping can apply even when the original delivery was free. Altered goods, missing parts, opened media/software and goods without purchase proof may be excluded. Confirm approval and the actual cost before sending anything back.
