Standard inspection and photographs
The dedicated standard-inspection policy states that 3–10 standard inspection photos are provided. This is the policy count, rather than the old 3–5 figure. Do not assume every extra photo or video is free.
Inspection covers prohibited-goods screening and visible item details, including style, quantity, colour, labelled size, model, obvious damage and defects. Check the actual images before shipping.
Sealed goods are generally not opened. For sealed figures, only the packaging is inspected; unsealed figures follow normal inspection.
Electronic and digital products are checked for appearance. Authenticity, functionality and power-on testing are outside standard inspection.
For incomplete or misleading product links, lucky bags and similar special orders, the inspector may only be able to check visible condition. Ask support about any specific measurement or extra inspection before ordering.
