Our standard inspection service for personal shopping orders includes screening all items for prohibited goods and verifying the item's appearance, including style, quantity, color, size, model, damage, and defects. During the inspection, we will provide 3-10 standard inspection photos. After the inspection, the goods will be repackaged in their original packaging and stored in our warehouse (Note: the original packaging may not be fully restored), please be aware of this.
The specific process includes: verifying the style, quantity, color, size, and model of the goods; checking for serious defects or missing main logos on the front and back of the item; confirming whether the item is damaged; and checking for obvious defects in appearance (such as stains, discoloration, scratches, snags, creases, etc.). (Defect standards: circular defects with a diameter of 0.5cm or more, and other shaped defects with a length of 1cm or more.) After the inspection is completed, we will provide 3-10 standard inspection photos.
Special Notes:
a) Special Order Inspection Rules
For orders such as 1-yuan auctions, lucky bags, fake product links, links without real product information, universal auctions, shipping fee auctions, and quantity auctions, and orders where store product images are pixelated, we cannot verify the style, quantity, color, size, and model of the received goods due to the inability to obtain real product details. We will only inspect the item's appearance for serious damage, stains, discoloration, or defects. Please refer to the inspection photos for specific product details.
b) Sealed Packaging Product Inspection Rules
For all sealed packaged goods, and non-clothing/bags/shoes items with sealing labels or strips, we will not open the packaging for inspection. We will only check whether the outer packaging is intact and determine whether the received goods are correct based on the information on the outer packaging. By default, we will not open the product packaging for inspection or photography.
c) Electrical and Digital Product Inspection Rules
The authenticity, functionality, and quality of specialized products such as electrical appliances, digital products, and electronic peripherals are not included in the standard inspection scope. The quality inspector will only inspect the appearance of the product and will not perform power-on testing. If you are concerned about potential power-on problems after receiving the goods, which may lead to return or exchange issues, you can leave a message in the comments section.
d) Action Figure Inspection Rules
- Non-sealed action figures: Will be opened and inspected normally.
- Sealed action figures: Or action figures with a sealing label on the packaging box opening will not be unsealed for inspection. Only the outer packaging will be checked for intactness and whether the packaging box has any serious damage.
