From stored items to a parcel
Open Packing Centre, select items and choose Submit Shipping. Enter the recipient address, compare available routes and review the declaration.
Choose a packing method
You can proceed with the estimated-weight shipping deposit or request the optional Rehearsal Package Service first. Rehearsal packing records measured weight and dimensions before you select a shipping line and pay the final shipping cost.
Review every parcel option
Check packaging, any declaration fee, optional insurance and insured value, and eligible coupons before payment. If you need help with the declaration, request the entrusted declaration option and verify the information.
How the shipping payment is settled
An overpaid estimate is refunded automatically to the Fansbuy account balance. A shortfall needs to be paid before dispatch. Optional small-amount authorization in Personal Center > Custom Functions can pay an eligible extra charge automatically only within the chosen limit and with enough balance.
Track the parcel
After dispatch, use Track shipping for carrier updates. Keep the original unboxing video in case you need after-sales help.
