However, as we are not customs, we cannot fully understand the requirements of customs in various countries for all goods, so all customs risks will be borne by you, and we are not responsible for any customs inspection. 4. All expenses arising from customs clearance of non-duty-free lines shall be borne by the users themselves. Fansbuy will assist the logistics provider to declare and pay taxes for the customs clearance of duty-free routes. If there are special circumstances, the local customs may request your assistance in customs clearance. If the package incurred related expenses during customs clearance, you can contact us for reimbursement with relevant vouchers.
