- Payment sources. You can pay from your PayPal account balance, or with an international card linked to PayPal, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Some national bank cards are also accepted through PayPal.
- Currency. No matter which currency your account is in, PayPal top-ups are processed and converted in US dollars. The amount that lands in your FansBuy balance follows the exchange rate at the time of conversion.
- Exchange rate. We reference the latest rate published by Bank of China and adjust in real time as that rate moves, so the converted amount can differ slightly from a quote you saw earlier.
How to top up with PayPal
- Log in to your account and open the Personal Center, then choose Top Up.
- Enter the amount you want to add and confirm.
- Select your top-up method and choose PayPal.
- Complete payment using either your PayPal balance or a linked credit/debit card.

- Because conversion is in USD, watch the rate if you are topping up a large amount; the credited total reflects the live rate at conversion.
